Nina Klein has conducted several customized online training sessions on pyramidal communication for our ministry—demonstrating great sensitivity to the unique characteristics of our organization. She combines target-audience-oriented knowledge transfer with practical exercises, enabling our employees to immediately apply the methods in their day-to-day work. The feedback from participants was exceptionally positive, especially for an online training session. Just days after the training, emails and decision-making documents became noticeably more concise and shorter. We were particularly impressed that Nina Klein understood our needs and developed solutions directly during the training, such as new briefing templates. In retrospect, the training has also proven to be an important foundation for the effective use of AI tools, particularly prompting in GPT formats. One training participant has since created an AI assistant for pyramidal communication for us named “Cheops.”
