Application-orientated personality models
The KiP programme (Competence Development in Practice) enables you to develop the competences of your employees and managers in a specific and targeted manner. First of all, an objective assessment of the current situation is carried out using the potential analysis. This involves recording the professional behavioral characteristics that are relevant to success and deriving a development plan suitable for the individual. In tandem the line manager will become mentor and a KiP coach will be designated from keytrain. Further tools complement the development process.
Simdustry
Simdustry ist eine Board Simulation, durch die die Lernfelder einer Schulung (z. B. Talentmanagement, Führung virtueller Teams, Teamentwicklung, Management, Sales etc.) direkt erlebt und vertiefend thematisiert werden können. Board Simulationen sind ein höchst effektives Lerninstrument, da sie unternehmerische Zusammenhänge, strategische Entscheidungen und die daraus resultierenden Herausforderungen erlebbar machen.
